WHO: Luis Fernando Hernandez, 19, of Fullerton and Mariela Yuriana Camacho, 18, of Fullerton.
WHAT: Set for arraignment on felony arson charges for setting brush fires in Fullerton and Placentia between June 16 and July 28, 2005. A third defendant will be arraigned in the Juvenile Justice Center. Deputy District Attorney Steve Mitchell is prosecuting the case.
